I had two fellows arrive and deliver my new OLED TV, install my wall mount, hang my new TV, and give me a brief tour of my new TV. I was very pleased with the service. The two fellows were more than happy to answer all my questions.

The agents who mounted my TV were two of the most professional technicians I have worked with. They completed the installation and hauled off all of the excessive packagings from my television.

Removed old tv from wall and mounted the new tv on the wall. Added all equipment and programmed remote for use. Cleaned up after install and replaced dresser I had moved out of the way before they arrived.

Stephen and Ron were exceptional with call ahead notifications. While they were at my home, they were very respectful towards me and my home. They explained things to me and offered to be accessible if I had any questions. Very good customer service and company representation. Brandon, who was initially sent here, was extremely helpful in getting my appointment rescheduled with 2 individuals.

The install of my new Samsung 50” 4K tv with new wall mount is almost perfect. This our problem, we are hearing static like noise from our sound bar. I have felt the wire connections several times for tightness. When I move sound bar slightly sometimes it stops sometimes it doesn’t. I would like geek squad to recheck my wires!!
