The agent that arrived at our home was fabulous! He did a great job. The problem that we have is we used a different credit card to pay for the electrical box and the wrong card was charged. Not only was the incorrect card charged but the amount that was charged was doubled. I tried contacting customer service and it was a complete nightmare when I finally got someone on the phone after waiting for over an hour the person barely spoke english and told me that the charge was for approximately $100 when in fact it was $200. He had no clue what I was talking about. I got no where with him so I had no choice but had to disoute the charge with Chase bank.

The Agents had to uninstall my other tv and installed my new one, and they where really great. They set everything up beautifully and answered all my questions. They where patient, professional and very nice. Great experience.

Guys were on time, very professional and super helpful. TV went up on the wall right where I wanted it in no time. Super glad I didn't try to install it myself.

Daniel was awesome. He arrived on time and finished within 30 minutes. He even helped me shop for a mount for my projector and recommend other items for my home theater. I will be calling to request him personally for my next appointment

The Geek squad did a great good in a minimum amount of time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the fact that they did not carry any HDMI cables on their truck. All I had were 6 ft. cables and they needed a 12 ft. cable for the new installation. I had to run out to a local Staples store and get the cable so they could complete the installation. Fortunately, the Staples store had one left in the store. (I would certainly have been willing to pay for any parts required for installation. I guess I just assumed that they would carry equipment, such as HDMI cables, that might be required. I am sure there are some people out there that probably would have not had any HDMI cables.)

It was a 3rd party that came out that works through best buy he did a great job on mounting my 48 inch c1 oled tv if you have total tech support get the premium instead of basic same price

How nice it was to have the geek squad assist in equipment selection and installation. I highly recommend this service this was the most painless install i have ever experienced

Not sure why I got a request to review this. My mount was already on the wall. delivery men only had to take down the old TV and put the new one on the mount.

Both TVs were installed by Geek Squad - They were courteous, efficient - they showed us how to operate. Great Service!

It was fantastic to have Best Buy deliver and install the TV for me, especially when it would be difficult to load, carry, and install alone.
