Besides installing the TV on thecwall, they set it up to optimize the conditions in the room.

Had both TVs installed very fast, asked exactly where we wanted them and gave advice, showed how to setup everything. Definitely recommend, did a great job, cleaned everything up and hauled off all boxes too!

The installers that came to my home were excellent! They were courteous and knowledgeable. They ate everything up, explained what they did and showed us how to use the new setup.

The team, led by Kyle, did a professional job. He kept us informed of what he was doing and how long it would take all along the way. My highest recommendation to this team!

Service included online order of Samsung 40 inch, home delivery, and premium tv mounting. Tech was highly efficient, personable as he answered ALL questions regarding remote and so forth.

The install was not a normal one as the TV needed to be placed in a very special place, near the corner of the room. The two install guys unpacked my mounting bracket and installed it in a very short time and with perfect results.

The Geek Squad called & reminded me & confirmed my appointment; he arrived at agreed upon time, even though Chicago had very heavy snowfall that morning & the day before! I was shoveling a pathway for the guy, upon his arrival; he took over shoveling a pathway for himself! That’s going ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty! He brought the tv inside; sat it down; & took the old tv from the wall. He then had to remove that old mounting before he could install the new mounting. He worked diligently & in a minute of time Great & sturdy mounting. He took my old tv with him! I’m crazy about the work of the Geek Squad!!!

Very quick and professional installation of a wall mounted TV. Explained functions of TV and really answered all my questions.
