Well Organized and bring their own tools. They measured to make sure the TV was hung at the right height and in the middle of the wall.

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.

This is the second time that I used the Geek Squad to install a tv for me. He installed the tv on the wall, set up the remotes, and connected the satellite. The service is great. A very quick process.
