Unfortunately, this was Round Two for having tv replaced/unmounted/new one mounted...due to 'glitching' by using streaming device (Roku) other than 'built-in' version (Google) we think. Actually will have another (hopefully final one!) tv delivery/ uninstall/new tv mounted soon...this time switch to actual Roku tv. Bottom Line: from the techs IN the store, a particular manager, particular tech & every tech that has come to my house, STELLAR!!

One word that sums up the installation service is “professional”. The techs arrived on time, asked questions during the process and answered any we had. Additionally, the service was delivered with a smile as both technicians had positive/cheerful dispositions. If I have another tv installation, I will definitely choose Best Buy!
