The old TV was down and the new TV up within minutes. They gave advice with regard to accessing WiFi and cable hookups.

They had a more appropriate mount with them which I was able to purchase and they could use right away. Super clean mounting job, they found the appropriate wood studs and levelled everything. Very happy with the final job.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2 professionals that came out to install my Sony - 77" Class A9G MASTER Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Android TV and Legrand - In-Wall TV Power Kit did an excellent job. They were very professional. They answered any questions I had about the TV. They cleaned up after they were done and you would never know they have been their. The department that scheduled my install kept canceling the install date. I reached out to the store manager PK and the Regional manger Nelson. They took care of it. Thanks to them for making this purchase a good experience in the end.

Mounting TV was very nicely done by Geek Squad

Set up my mount and got TV set up and running nicely. Explained remote and even programed it to my TiVo remote so my wife and I both can control TV; each one having a remote.
