Great job! They were very professional including syncing my Xfinity remote to the new TV. Be sure to get the Sound Bar with woofer. It is wonderful and makes a huge difference in my television enjoyment.

The Geek Squad was amazing installing a very heavy high-end TV swivel wall mount, very heavy 75" Samsung QLED TV plus a sound bar, and, in a separate room, a basic tilting wall mount, 55" TV connecting and hiding a Roku and setting up a DVD player - all in about 75 minutes. It was all done by an extremely courteous, patient and helpful duo who cleaned up all traces of "construction" as well as removed all packaging. They took the time to ensure I new how everything worked and set up some basic apps on the Samsung TV (the remote has an extremely minimal design - not a fan of that annoyance). I'll use Geek Squad without hesitation for my next major installation!

The guys that came out to mount my TV were very quick and careful to come into my home with masks and gloves, and foot coverings. They did a great job and I felt safe with the protection they used.

The Geek Squad that came to mount my TV were AMAZING. They were fast and efficient. They got the measurements perfect and got the Sound bar flush with the TV. Neat work with the wire management.

They did an excellent job of setting up the new TV so that it functioned even better than my old TV, but I was still able to find all of my Sources - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Blue-Ray. I would always use the Geeks for the technical stuff.

One word that sums up the installation service is “professional”. The techs arrived on time, asked questions during the process and answered any we had. Additionally, the service was delivered with a smile as both technicians had positive/cheerful dispositions. If I have another tv installation, I will definitely choose Best Buy! Just all around quick, seamless and efficient!
