I would rather have Geek squad installation than Third party installer. It would be considerate if Best Buy give this decision or option up to the customer who make the purchase.

Best Buy techs are great and mounting TVs and using this is a no-brainer. Make sure you get this.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices! They were professional and careful, also very nice. The Geek Squad really knows how to get the job done! I was very happy they had a few accessories that I needed like cords.

The GS agent mounted the TV in a precise and professional manner. He also got it connected and working with Century Link. I was very pleased with his work.

We have had two TVs mounted by Geek Squad, a 55” and a 65”. We are very satisfied with the end result, we got in wall power kits for both so you don’t see any wires. The job is done in a timely manner.

I recently purchased a 65" Samsung TV and had it delivered and setup. The gentlemen that installed was very professional in making sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He was not in a Geek Squad vehicle nor in Best Buy uniform, so my assumption is a sub-contractor with Best Buy. There was no mounting required. The picture quality is superb and far exceeds my expectations.

My Geek Squad guys arrived on time, quickly mounted my television, made adjustments and took away all the packaging AND the old television. They were great!
