Fred and Kris were great! After determining that wall mount we purchased wouldn't work with metal support beams behind wall, Fred suggested a different one. Luckily he had it on his truck. Installation was smooth and quick. Very satisfied

The squad arrived on time and was prepared to mount the TV as well as remove the old TV. The mounting and config went smoothly. The removal of the old TV which was very heavy took time but it was well worth the investment.

I had Geek Squad mount a 75" TV above my fireplace. The 1st time they came out the TV was mounted off center. This wasn't their fault. The mount I already had didn't allow for centering and the people from Geek Squad knew it, asked if we were happy and one of the 2 said she wouldn't be happy with it being off center. Wife said it was fine. Later wife decided it wasn't fine so we called them to come back out. The 2 that came out out up a different mount that did allow centering free of extra charge. Wife and I are very happy with how it looks now and would 100% use Geek Squad again. Their price is higher than others but they made sure we were happy and didn't charge anything extra to make sure we were happy.

The technician was prompt and couteous. The mount was easy and he helped me set up with app downloads as well. So happy I didn't try it myself.

The guys mounted my 3 TV's were very nice and professional but I thought I needed a new rack but I DID NOT. I ended up spending $60.00 on a new rack I DID NOT NEED :(

Geek squad did an excellent job installing and mounting my new TV on the wall.

Nathan and his helper did an awesome job. Made sure everything was exactly where and how we wanted it.

Geek squad look at the package took it out of box laid it in order on the floor. Proceed to assemble by looking at instructions twice. Finish by my standard in record time. Instructed me of use of stand and remote.

I met all members of the Geek Squad on installation day as there were several projects they addressed. All three were knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to assist.

The installers were knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing along with my existing satellite and sound system. The synchronization was completed and all systems working together in no time.

The guys came out, took down the old TV and mount, then installed the new ones. They did an excellent job, and even hauled off the old ones for me.
