They set up our new Frame TV and speaker and took the time to explain everything to me. Afterwards when I had an issue with a speaker, John returned and checked everything over. All is working well and we are enjoying our new TV.

The best thing was that before leaving the disinfected everything with Lysol (Coronavirus time). Very polite and professional people.

Quick and easy

Set tv and cable and blue ray up, bundled wires so they were not noticeable and cleaned up. Then spent time going over features and gave some hints. Hooked up Netflix and Amazon. Couldn't have gone better.
