Happy to have the Geek Squad handle the installation and set up of my 77" TV. No wall mount here, but handling a TV that big and getting it on its pedestal and then on the TV stand - no thanks. They handled the basic set up and got us going. Later I spent time reconfiguring my whole Home Theater system after some suggestions they made during the visit. Using features I had overlooked in the past, what a joy. I'm a tech guy, but if you aren't, don't ignore the value to having it professionally installed.

Geek squad was outstanding great customer service and the job was overall amazing I’m extremely happy with my Lg gallery 77 inch tv! Worth every penny!

Set it up was great. Everything works good but still need a new receiver. That's coming soon.

This TV is great in size and the color/clarity id amazing. Worth the money to pay a little more and get a better spec tv…

The installers did a fantastic job of mounting and connect the TV to an already existing sound system. Their expertise and professionalism were top notch. Highly recommend them for any large TV install.

Techs arrived close to appt time and call before arriving. They has all tools they needed to mount the Tv on the wall. Nice clean job

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our 65 in TV is a center piece. This mount makes our life feel like we live in a million dollar home. The guys who set it up were quick and did a perfect job! An excellent buy!

Geek squad showed up on time and did a wonderful job installing all equipment. They were very professional and ran wires down through my wall and did a great job. They were professional and left no mess behind.

Mounted TV, but did not do the cabling through the wall...that was done by Electrician.

Let the pros do it. They arrived on time, mounted my TV and sound bar precisely where Inwanted it, were very careful and professional. They provided a thorough explanation of how to operate the devices and left NO mess.

This was one of my best experiences with technology based installs. I purchased 2 TVs and they had them setup and easy to use in no time. I will definitely use Geek Squad and Best Buy in the future. Great job

The problem I have with Geek Squad is showing us how to operate the new Samsung TV, especially how to get our streaming service from former TV. Installation was good.

There was two agents came to mount our tv. They were very professional and courtesy. Within 30 minutes, they mount our new tv to the wall. They did not made any mess and clean after they are done.
