Received my TV 15 days late as the first time around the technician was a no show. This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

I believe his name was Josh. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Also, had some great suggestions for some other tech issues that I have. Some of the best in home service I've gotten.

Did not have this mounted on the wall had a TV stand that I wanted to put on between my entertainment center. Guys were great from start to finish.

I am not the handiest person, so went ahead and paid Best Buy to mount my TV. I didn't want to do a poor job myself and risk breaking my new TV. It was worth the price! The technician showed up on time and he did a fantastic job!

The installation professionals were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our new area. They assisted us with setting up everything for our 75 inch tv.

The professional service started prior to his arrival by ensuring we had the correct items. He explained the items we had and made a wonderful suggestion that we went with and LOVE the outcome.

He arrived on time and mounted the TV with no problem. After he was done, he showed how to move the TV around.

The installation of two Television sets was adequate but setting the TV’s up was not so great. Had to and have Geek squad to come to set up the televisions.

They mounted my tv, passed all cables behind the wall and made sure everything was connected and working correctly. Waiting for the break in period to tune my tv screen fir even better quality.

The Geek Squad mounted the tv and connected it to all the devices and setup the tv and in a very timely manner.

Everything was installed correctly and working without issue.

The guys that installed it were good at calling me ahead of time and when they were heading over. I didn't have to wait around for them either. They installed it quickly and gave me good advice on questions I had.

Benjamin together with his partner (BBQ) did a good job. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived in time.

The team that came to mount my TV was very nice, neat and courteous. The head guy was training someone. The head guy fully explained everything as he mounted the TV.

The Agents did a great job of quickly installing a large tv over a fireplace. They were very professional and wore masks, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend geek squad tv installs.

2 Geeks mounted and set up my new TV in no time. Explained how to operate in simple language and demonstration. Answered all my questions. They were neat, protected my floors. Such a wonderful service!!! Thanks Geeks
