The Service was Great, the guys were on time, professional and neat.

I worked with the gentlemen who came to install and hang the two 75 in tv's at our church. I could not be more pleased with their work. Excellent job.

The best buy team that delivered and wall mounted my tv were amazing. Didn't think I was going to get it the day of delivery. But they came thru and delivered the tv and mounted on the expected day of delivery. All I can say awesome!!!!

I've mounted a few TV's in my day and while it's very doable, having the Total Tech membership is such a nice luxury when it comes to reaching out to Geek Squad for help, especially when it comes to something like mounting a 75" plasma TV. I didn't have to go through the hassle of calling up a buddy to lend a hand and all that goes into mounting it. I just called up Geek Squad, paid them $50 and 2 guys came out and popped the TV on the wall within an hour. One of them was named Thor as well so that was just a bonus. If you need this service done, for the price they can't be beat. Super professional and extremely efficient. Highly Recommended.

The tech easily mounted and secured my tv and then showed me how to operate it properly.

The 2-person Geek Squad were exceptional in knowledge. The set up of TV and speakers has produced the best sight and sound I have ever experienced. However, what this crew may feel is intuitive is not to this 78-year old consumer. I was left with a single sheet guide to the TV remote. That's it. No "product handbook' for either the LG OLED TV or the LG soundbar system.

I paid $200 to have the TV mounted, installed, and I thought hooked to my devices. Apparently a sound bar and sub do not count because there was an extra $50 charge for that. That was not mentioned prior to the installation even though I told them a head of time what all I had to hook up. Also kept telling me how crappy my mounting bracket was and trying to get me to buy theres even though I've used this brand for years. Granted this is a much larger TV, but the bracket is rated for it. My installers were knowledgeable and friendly however. They explained things as they were going and made sure to show me how everything worked. If something goes wrong in the next few years it could come in handy. If you know what you're doing probably just do the work yourself and save the money, unless you want the protection plan.

The guy that came out to mount this TV was very professional and did a great job. Even helped me setup some CordMates to conceal all the cords hanging from the TV. Overall great experience.

The installer did a complete, thorough job of setting up my TV mount and connecting the TV to all of my devices while helpfully explaining all the way.
