The agent called me before arriving. Set up the TV on wall . The mount I had for my current TV didn't fit the new TV and to my regret I had to purchase a new one.

Mounting was perfect, placed right where we requested it. The installer then explained the use of the remote and the more important settings in the remote menu.

Very happy with the detailed installation of my TV above a fireplace. They were efficient, answered all my questions and made sure everything was hooked up and working well. 30 minutes I believe for a full install and setup.

The installation was for a 85" led TV. A team of three came out and took down an old 65" and mounted the 85" in the same place. Installation was fast and was done about an hour. However, right before they left the TV developed a flaw in the panel. They had to order a new replacement and then came back out to install again. The team took care of unboxing, mounting, clean up and setup the new TV. All was done quickly and professionally.

The agents were quick and efficient, it looks really nice. They taught me a couple things about my new tv and gave me great recommendations. They even cleaned up after themselves. I live their work

Meesha and Ebony mounted 4 TVs, connected receivers, cabled speakers, programmed remotes and left the house as clean as they found it. 12 hours to complete and they hardly took a water break! Great job.

We had the geek squad hang the new TV where the old one was--we couldn't have done it without the assistance. they even carried the old TV to our car so we could donate it. They set up the TV and the new remote control as well.

The young man that came out to install our Tv bracket went far and above what he needed to do. He was very patient and kind! My Husband has Dementia and this item along with the Tv were installed in our bedroom...my Husband slept through the whole thing! Lol Definitely would recommend your service and store with family and friends! Awesome Service!!
