If you live alone or don't have anyone to help you with mounting a TV on a wall, these guys were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond what their installation requirements were. I would definitely recommend them.

Geek Squad mounted TV quickly and cleaned up after...great job...no fuss no mess

My installer went above and beyond what he had to. Due to a miscommunication the TV was not with him when he came to mount it. He drove back to Best Buy to get it, drove back and mounted it.

After looking at many other mounts, this one was the perfect fit for what we needed. It has a mounting piece that fits the thin, horizontal wood we needed it to fit on and it is very stable for the 65" TV we hung on it. It allows some swivel and up and down movement.

The techs that delivered and installed the new TV were professional and courteous, however I think that the price $200 for swapping out the old to the new TV was expensive for 30 minutes of work.

Tv mount is amazing, holds my 75inch Sony without any problems! Nice and easy to tilt and move TV.

I love this TV! The colors are so vivid. Roku offers so many other choices so there’s always something to watch. This TV is easy to set up and the remote tells you what the battery needs recharging (an awesome feature!). The remote also has 2 buttons you can program as a shortcut to any app of your choice. So glad I bought the Roku instead of Amazon Fire TV!!!

As always, Best Buys Geek Squad are, for lack of a better words, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I have been a subscriber for years and not once have I been disappointed in their knowledge and service. I just purchased a new TV, from Best Buy of course, and it is all I hoped it would be. I do not watch TV. I use it for playing all my movies and the 85" screen is PERFECT. My own theater!

GS did a great job with making sure my home was cleaned, product was cared for, they showed me how things worked, and they made sure it was in the right spot for watching tv.

The team that came out was awesome. Checked with us before they made any moves with the installation. I felt like a part of the process which is very unusual.

I previously reviewed the process for scheduling delivery and installation of 2 LG TVs purchased in early December 2020 one of which was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the gift was delivered two weeks later than originally desired and I just picked up the smaller (50") TV and mounted it myself. The scheduling and delivery aspect was a miserable and poorly managed process. In contrast the installation was well done in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. The Geek Squad Technicians were courteous, programmed and connected the unit to the other components ( 4K LG Disc Player and sound bar) and moved the old TV. The units themselves seem to be high quality and a good value. Just don't trust Best Buy's initial online scheduling and start the process much earlier than you think you should need to given their limited number of delivery/install slots and archaic scheduling system.

The installer, Derryon, was terrific. He even left me his personal phone number just in case I had a problem after he left. That's first class service!
