For the cost the install and setting it up, very well worth it and the gentlemen that did it were very professional

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

The agent wall mounted 3 TVs for me and was efficient and professional. The agent showed me the features on the new TV and made sure I was happy with the installations. I highly recommend.

As always, Best Buys Geek Squad are, for lack of a better words, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I have been a subscriber for years and not once have I been disappointed in their knowledge and service. I just purchased a new TV, from Best Buy of course, and it is all I hoped it would be. I do not watch TV. I use it for playing all my movies and the 85" screen is PERFECT. My own theater!

This is an excellent television Mount While far from the least expensive, it works perfectly for a corner Mount and has no problem installing on a wall with metal studs
