Customer Ratings & Reviews

The geek Squad agents connected my Samsung 55" TV and sound bar and answered all my questions.

I was hesitant to add the service but it was the best option for my tv frame. I don’t regret it at all

The two installers knew exactly what they were doing. More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

The installers did a great job. No problems at all would definitely use them again!

Overall, excellent job. They were vety knowledgeable and had excellent customer service.

Second time using geek squad to mount tv on wall. Excellent job! Will be using them to mount a third TV!

Best thing you can do is go with the squad. They do an excellent job and I haven’t ever had a problem within the 3 years my tv’s have been put up or taken down to move to another house.

Geek squad came and mounted my tv over my fireplace and with the total protection plan it was a smart purchase.

Installation went smooth and professional. These guys knew exactly what they were doing

The assembly was quick and easy and they did a great job !

They were on time and they did what I wanted. I was amazed at how fast they were done with the whole thing. But then again I had installed the electrical outlet and ran cables in the wall.

The installers were quick, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They brought additional HDMI cables and an extra mounting bracket for me to buy (the original one I purchased did not fit the construction of the space). We will definitely be using Best Buy’s installation service for all future purchases, as necessary.

The best thing I did was call the geek squad to mount my tv in my daughter's bedroom.. was upstairs & perfect timing within one day came out..They are professional & polite & fast..Geek squad!

The service was overloaded, I was served with care and respect.

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing our new 65" class TV on a beautiful rock wall. The very uneven surface did not deter them at all. Their positive attitude was a pleasure to hear. I would recommend them to anyone with a difficult installation.

Agent hung the TV on the wall with no issue. Quick and it looks spectacular!

The team that came by to install my TV was absolutely fantastic. They made sure to check in with me about placement, used to tape so I could visualize where my Tv would be, and made sure everything was level. I 10/10 would reccomend their services!

Agents did a great job, with precise measurements hanging it perfectly!

The men that came to my residence were professional and quick. I would highly recommend them.

Quick and easy set up of my TV and mount. Explained basic usage.
