Geek Squad set up my TV in good fashion. They worked through a couple of problems and resolved them quickly. They were efficient and polite. It will well worth paying for their services.

I ordered the Geek Squad, you know, the ones that work directly for Best Buy and drive vans around that have a huge Geek Squad logo on them, usually driven by tech that have been trained by Best Buy to represent their brand, but to also be sure customers are being serviced by people who know what they are doing and have been vetted by Best Buy. Instead, what I got was two guys that showed up in a pickup truck, walked up with a 40" cheap TV in their hands thinking it was mine. No Geek Squad truck and certainly not Best Buy employees, I think the guys who came to install the 86" TV I already had where hired by Best Buy from Angi's List or one of those other handy man websites. The guys were very nice and professional, however they didn't have a ladder which they needed and they could only mount the TV. The problem was, I ordered other services to hide the cords and to install an electrical outlet behind the television, they were unable to install either and ultimately, my TV was mounted crooked too. Don't get tricked into thinking you're hiring Best Buy employees trained to do the work and I spent over $600.00 dollars hiring them. I could have found someone to help me if all I wanted was to hand a TV. Super disappointed and hope this review warned you of what to expect if you think you're paying for the services of trained Geek Squad techs, shame on you Best Buy.

In and out in under an hour. Workers unpacked everything mounted the tv and setup everything to make sure it was working before they left. They even disposed of all of the boxes and packing material.

Really went above and beyond to install everything in the ideal place — even offering advice to ensure the best experience (65” TV install and relocation)

Install service was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. 3 people to install and 85”. Leveled and mounted quickly

The agents did a fantastic job of mounting the tv. They set up the cable remote and spent time showing my mother how to use the remote.

It has taken me years to get my husband to agree to hang the TV above the fireplace the gentleman that came out was very professional and very fast he had it up in no time

Geek Squad did everything I expected and more when hanging and installing my new 77' OLED TV. They took their time in their work as well as fully explaining everything to me.

The service crew came in very respectful of my home communicated all the information I need to know we’re in and out in a matter of minutes. Great job by the team who installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. Would recommend having them back again.

Theses installers did not mess around and had everything installed within working within 45 min.
