The agent’s mounted my tv. Installed wall mount plug. Set up sound system and hid all wires. They Made suggestions and answered questions. I had to do some clean up and cleaning of styrofoam from back of tv. If not for that easy 5 stars.

We had our 55" Smart Tv scheduled for a install and purchased the mount ahead of time. The delivery was on time and the Geek Squad Tech was knowledgeable. Our studs happend to be spaced 24" apart on center rather than 12". Long story short the 18" full motion tv mounting system that we purchased wouldn't work. Instead of having us take the mount back, The Tech advised us that he could mount it on a wall that had cement behind the studs. He allowed us to move the bedroom furniture around and installed the tv. Great Experience and show of customer service!

I probably could have mounted the new TV myself, but after watching how fast the Geek Squad got it done I knew I made the right choice. Very professional, they came in made a quick assessment and had the TV up in no time.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing a very large TV flush with the wall above my fireplace. It appeared to be a complicated installation, but they successfully completed the job in short order. The gentlemen were also extremely polite and friendly.
