TV was mounted and hung. I am so thankful for this service, always a pleasure.

I purchased a new Samsung flat screen TV and thought ...what if it was damaged during mounting? To avoid that I hired Best Buy. They arrived on time, were clean and courteous and no one I know could have done it better.

The Geek Squad installation deal is expensive but worth every penny. The 2 gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly, on time, and quick to complete their work.

The agents were quick and thorough. They were very respectful and very helpful.

The two Geek Squad techs came and install my tv with no issues and gave me some advice. They arrive on time and left in a timely fashion.

Geek Squad guys were great. The crew that came out were knowledgeable and clean. Had my 77” tv installed in no time at all. They went through setup helping me with settings to get best picture. Would definitely use them again.

Great guys hanging my mount & tv. Sooo nice and did a great job

The Squad did a great job of setting up a 75" TV and sound system and when they realized it was being mounted on a concrete block wall, they changed mounting hardware to insure that the proper strength attachment hardware was used. Kudos to being smart and making sound decisions to protect the customers investment. HOWEVER, there was an upcharge (not excessive) for the mounting to a concrete block wall. This should have been discussed in the store and pricing provided at purchase time. With the system attached to the mounting hardware and THEN the upcharge is mentioned there was no choice to not do the upgraded install - and it was the right thing - but it was extremely poorly sold in the store.

The agents mount my tv to the living room wall was very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and love ones. I’m so happy that they were the ones that came out

The guys did an outstanding job installing my wall mounts, I made sure can support the TV and I had the right length cable to connect everything and it went very smooth.
