They are great fast professionals everything I’ve had installed so far have been perfect from tvs being mounted and appliance set installed and set up!

The Geek Squad is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and customer-oriented group of technicians we have encountered. They arrived on time, promptly removed our old TV, mounted our new TV, and connected it to our existing sound system. They oriented us to the new operation, explained how it worked with our other systems, and answered all of our questions. I forgot one part of the new operating procedures, and when I called them, they talked me through it while they were en route to their next stop. Their customer service is unbeatable,

These 3 were very professional. The lead installer was very knowledgeable. All were friendly. Lifting this 130 pound, 98" tv onto the wall is never easy, and it's want easy this time. I had an Amazon install a month before (that tv was defective) and the geek squad were 5 stars compared to 2 stars for Amazon.

Super knowledgeable. Had me return a soundbar mount because it would add to much weight on the tv so they did not recommend.

Agents arrived on time and carefully changed out the old tv for the new 65 Sony Bravia. Patiently answered all our questions about different functions etc.

The men did a great job of removing the old TV and hanging the new TV. However, they seemed surprised that they were to hook up the new TV to the existing components (speakers, BD player, etc). They told me they were not required to hook up the components. This made the last part awkward.

The team that came to do our mount were great. The showed up on time were very clean in their work and even with an older home and above fireplace mounting situation figured out a safe and secure way to get my TV mounted.

The agents were polite and efficient, asking questions so that I got my TV mounted exactly the way I wanted!

My TV was being mounted a little high on the wall for one person to do it alone. The technicians were top notch and did a great job.

The Installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Made recommendations to make the system better without feeling like I was being pressured to purchase more. Installed the system without any difficulties.

The guys who came for the TV were fast and friendly, and made sure the TV was fully set up and working. Plus, they gave us friendly advice about the area! Great experience! Plus the TV looks great above the fireplace!
