Made purchasing a new TV easy as pie!! No back ache, just good entertainment!!

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting our TV on our wall. They were very careful not to make or leave a mess behind. They were also able to cover holes left by previous mount.

The first time they came out we discovered I have 20" studs not the standard 16" studs. So I had to take the mount I had bought, order a new one and have them come back. Ordering the new mount became some some of a problem itself but not for my agent. When she came out she asked if I had the new mount. I said I ordered it and assumed she would be bringing it with her. Apparently it never got ordered. She was able to order it and have it delivered within a few minutes! The delay in having the 65"TV (bigger than I've ever had) mounted gave me time to change my mind about where I wanted it mounted. So it all worked out for the best!

They installed and connected my product quickly and cleaned up all mess. Walked me thru operation of device. Recommended height based on location. Thanks!

Travis and Tim did a great job mounting our TVs They were professional and since we were new to streaming they gave me some excellent tips and advice on how to optimize our experience.

Those guys were quick and they cleaned as they went along. They demonstrated and stayed to make sure that I understood how to use the remote and navigated me through the channels

The Technical agents mounted my tv on the wall and because I bought the tilt out from the wall mount they showed me how it works

The installation on the new TV was good but we still can’t get Acorn on our new TV. Wewe are still having problems with the TV we moved into another room.

My Basic TV mounting was awesome. The technician was so professional with mounting the new on an existing mount and drilling the holes and mounting the old TV. The job was done to perfection!!
