Mounted my 98" tv took 3 guys but it's perfect, definitely recommend the geeksquad

Agent never installed cable inside wall. He left stating he had a busy schedule and I need to make another appointment for that. Manager called me back approximately a month later and said he wanted to make it right. I was out of town at the time. I called back and texted back after my trip and never got any response.

Agents mounted and connected my Samsung 85 inch tv. They were fast, very professional and did a great job.

The Geek Squad set up service was perfect. They mounted our tv on an existing mount which was a little challenging. They were professional and so helpful taking the time to show and explain new features on my new tv.

Props to the Geek Squad! They did a flawless (I am very picky) installation of my wall mounted TV, Sound Bar, and Cable TV. They did not leave until everything was working correctly and all my questions were answered!

Jonesy helped us problem solve and looked up, and found, solutions for us so we could put our bluray player and cable box up and not have cords showing. He's amazing! One of a kind. The agent mounted my TV, set it up, explained several features on the remote and took away the old TV. Agent came on time, set up a social distancing area, wore a mask and was very courteous.

I thought it was really horrible that I paid so much money just to connect it and set it up for me. I already had the TV mounted on my own mounter. Im not happy about that.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our 65 in TV is a center piece. This mount makes our life feel like we live in a million dollar home. The guys who set it up were quick and did a perfect job! An excellent buy!
