The two installers knew exactly what they were doing. More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

The agents wall mount the tv perfectly, the service was on time and very nice guys!

The team that came by to install my TV was absolutely fantastic. They made sure to check in with me about placement, used to tape so I could visualize where my Tv would be, and made sure everything was level. I 10/10 would reccomend their services!

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing our new 65" class TV on a beautiful rock wall. The very uneven surface did not deter them at all. Their positive attitude was a pleasure to hear. I would recommend them to anyone with a difficult installation.

I really love this tv and sound bar. It's absolutely clean looking and sleek. The tv color is magnificent and the sound bar is beyond expectations.

Geek Squad installed my new LG 65” with great results. They answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.

The installers came in and did a terrific job. Very satisfied. I was a bit worried because of the size and the weight of my 82" Samsung Q90R tv, I didn't think that the installers would be able to handle it, but they did , and with wonderful results.

Well worth having the Best Buy team install in my opinion. They were quick and the mount is installed correctly. I did ask them to move to the left a bit and they moved it to exactly where I wanted it.

The installers did a great job. No problems at all would definitely use them again!

As stated in my first review, I am disappointed with the cost of installation that took no more than 30 mins. Travis and his assistance were professional and proficient. I was charged additonal $138 to install over the fireplace. I must have missed the fine print. SMH!!!

He communicated his arrival time accurately and professionally. Did a wonderful job mounting our tv’s being mindful of our new wallpaper!

Geek Squad staff was excellent to work with. They were proactive in their communication of arrival time. When they arrived they were courteous and respectful. Did a great job of removing old and mounting new tv and took the time to assure all my remotes and items worked properly. Highly Recommend!!!
