Never installed my cameras

The first time someone came out to install the cameras they were from a third party vendor. Why??? I have total tech. The next time they came out to install they didn't have the proper equipment. Friday I got a email canceling my install. To date nothing has been installed. I'm returning the cameras a closing my account. This is the way you treat customers that been with you for over 20 years?

Top notch service

But they were patient, and did it right the first time and did not leave one hole to fix. The guys were friendly and helpful.

Geek Squad installed my TV

Beware
