Overall great install and mounting from Geek Squad. definitely recommended!!

Agent connected my tv and provided answers to all my questions.

They were on time and very professional. They made sure I knew what was going on before they started drilling holes in the wall. Which I greatly appreciated.

The agents connected all my old accessories and explained how to use everything in a very short time.

Geek squad showed up on time and did a wonderful job installing all equipment. They were very professional and ran wires down through my wall and did a great job. They were professional and left no mess behind.

The two guys who came were great! Did a good job, were super nice and knowledgeable, very friendly and efficient. Gave general suggestions about set-up and then paid attention to my decisions and made sure to set it up how I wanted. Then walked me through everything after the set-up to make sure I understood all the features.

OMG they even took the box away. That's so great having a big tv box is such a security risk I wasnt even expecting that

Rusty and Luke were outstanding! They were so helpful. They were able to use our existing mounting, so they installed the new mounting in an upstairs bedroom. They walked through the tv programing steps and were sure we understood the steps. Asked about some of our preferred apps and loaded them to the screen. I was having trouble getting a function to work a couple days later, called Rusty, and he solved my issue over the phone. Really excellent customer service!!

Very professional. They called before arrival, and showed up when expected. Explained operation of TV and sound system. One of my products was missed, and he had to go back to the store to pick it up. Installation went well after that.

The Geek Squad Installers did an absolutely amazing job of setting up and adjusting our new LG C9 77" OLED for us in our family room. I was so impressed with Andy and Matt and the courtesy and patience they showed us "retired people"! My wife was a little overwhelmed with all the remotes we had so we listened to Andy and had him come back a couple days later to set us up with a new Logitech - Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote. Now we can control The TV, Denon Receiver, Klipsch speakers, DVR, DVD, Antenna TV and Internet all from one remote. We could not ask for better service. This was money well spent that we will enjoy for a long time! Thank you!!!
