You're going to invest in a high-quality 4K TV you must have it properly mounted. the BestBuy team that did my install were prompt professional and left when they left I knew everything would be working properly.

The agents mounted the tv to a mount I purchased separately quickly and professionally. 100% would have them out again.

The Geek Squad called to confirm when they would arrive, arrived on time, set up my new TV and connected to all of my existing devices. Great job, would have them do all installs going forward.

Man, 4 guys came out to install the 100" tv and it was free! They did a great job and took away the packaging. No mess (just had to run vacuum for yiny debris; no big deal)

Dakota and John did a wonderful job on Nov 23, 2021. In one hour, they entered wearing masks and footwear covers; determined a wall mount with in-wall wiring was not possible; then helped me decide what to do; then did all the work of installing TV, set-top box and DVD player on a temporary cabinet; and cleaned up when done. There is a lot of work setting up the “not-so-smart” Google TV, and they did it all, skillfully and pleasantly. I am very pleased with the work done by Dakota and John. The quality of Geek Squad work led me to have my iPhone fixed by Best Buy.

The agent did a great job connecting and mounting my TV. The only issue I had was the original day of installation I received a call saying they didn't have anyone to come out and I had to reschedule.

Agents mounted 86" tv, connected all devices and explained all operations. Very helpful in recommending additional or alternate accessories. Professional, respectful and meticulous. Great job!

installers were 3rd party but gave notices day before and 30 minutes before arrival. very helpful and efficient setup

When we purchased a TV for our new home we added on the extra 266 installation fee, we were super excited to have a seamless installation process trusting Best Buy and the promise to deliver , we got multiple confirmation texts leading up to our installation date (12/14 Today) even the morning of at 6:47 saying to be ready they will be her 10:30 am to 2:30pm. We planned the whole day around it BUT THEN we get another text saying that this needs to be scheduled, we called the useless customer service call center and they could care less saying it was never scheduled and needs to be scheduled .. could not give me any answers as to why I got multiple confirmation texts saying it was scheduled for today 12/14, naturally you end up frustrated . It’s an oh well not my problem for them.. they pushed it out another week so I don’t know what to trust . We had family coming for holidays so this is very frustrating, see pics and will post update at this time still have NO TV NO $266 installation and NO answers.. be wary buying as they do not seem to value your time as a customer or your money you paid for a product/services .

The two men arrived and expertly installed the wall attachment and hooked up my new television. The were experienced and tidy. .. picked up all the wrappings etc.. cleaned the two rooms.

I have used Geek Squad for many years. They have installed several TVs and repaired/upgraded several computers. They are courteous, professional and eager to help.
