The geek squad came on time, mounted the tv per our instructions and helped us add our information and apps. They were very respectful of our home.

Home installation of television was wonderful! No stress. No mess. The Geek Squed arrived on time as scheduled. Worked efficiently. Completely satisfied with the results.

The assembly of the stand was somewhat tedious and the squad put it together and set it in to place. Next they mounted the television on the adjustable arm allowing the screen to swivel. The wires were all corralled down the center pole and neatly tucked away. Yes, wires as my found system is an older Harmon Kardon with 5 wired speakers and big subwoofer. Next the electronics were all synced: satellite provider, surround sound system, router and the tv. Remotes all integrated to work very well for the components and set up was phenomenal. Great service oriented technicians is the Best Buy!

The 2-person Geek Squad were exceptional in knowledge. The set up of TV and speakers has produced the best sight and sound I have ever experienced. However, what this crew may feel is intuitive is not to this 78-year old consumer. I was left with a single sheet guide to the TV remote. That's it. No "product handbook' for either the LG OLED TV or the LG soundbar system.

Elijah came out to fix and hang a failed tv hang attempt from a previous GC. Elijah had no problems in hanging the tv above the fireplace, offered his expertise in repairing the previous wall damage, and was super friendly. Him and his business partner were more than knowledgeable and very professional. I’d fire Elijah again!

The two techs that installed the TV are amazing. Hard working and having fun while doing the work. These two guys made my wife feel at ease while being home alone with two strangers.
