What a great no hassle buying experience my wife and so had at Best Buy. We were looking for a XBox X and a new tv for the house. To our surprise they had the Xbox X in and we jumped on it and scheduled for the installation setup for the tv as well. We had a great experience and we are looking to purchase all of our electronics at Best Biy whole we have the TotalTech for all things electronic in our home. What a great deal!

The agents that came to install my TV were very professional. They answered some questions I had concerning how they were going to mount the TV on the wall. My husband and I are happy with the outcome.

The agent mounted and adjusted the tv where I wanted it.

The agent mounted two tvs and found he had the wrong mount for the third. He picked up the right mount and returned to mount the third on time as promissed

When Geek Squad showed up, was immediately told that the TV mount might be the wrong mount for the TV. I then explained that the TV mount was purchased through Best Buy service support. After the TV was mounted the 84' TV top tilted top forward. Was told that is how the mount is designed. Then I wen to the directions and had to inform the installer that there additional pieces needed to lock the TV mount, so it wouldn't tilt forward. After that the installer mentioned that most places would charge an additional $100 do unmount and remount the TV, and it wasn't my fault that they had to unmount the TV.

Kudos to GeekSquad! The installers were on time and professional. I was well informed from start to finish. No mess or clutter. Dependable Service when it matters most. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Geek squad was great came in inclement weather and expertly removed tv from mount and carried new 85 inch TV and with great care mounted tv. Excellent work Geek Squad!!!?

After looking at many other mounts, this one was the perfect fit for what we needed. It has a mounting piece that fits the thin, horizontal wood we needed it to fit on and it is very stable for the 65" TV we hung on it. It allows some swivel and up and down movement.

The two guys that came to my house were very friendly, quick, and respectful. They kept me informed through the process without telling me too much information.

The two young men were: polite, perfect craftsmen, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, on time, precise.... I'll give them an A+.

As requested they did a great job. Took an older tv down moved the existing one to the room where the old one was and installed the new one in the family room

My tv was mounted on the wall. The technicians were wonderful! They showed me all about the tv. Very courteous and on time.

Very happy with the j stalls took of this tv in my main bedroom. There was already furniture in the new house and they were able to work around it without damaging anything.

Our installation was performed by a third party contractor. They were prompt, and did a very good job on the install and set up.
