I am an engineer and have always installed these myself but since teh TV weighed 120 lbs I decided to use the installion service. They followed all the same carefull steps that I would have. Really nice guys, professional and efficient.

The installation team arrived on time and called before arrival. It was a team of 2 installers for a 65” tv. They were polite, and efficient. They installed the tv on our existing mount, hot it connected to our cable and answered our questions.

The agents mounted our new 65 inch LG TV and bracket. They were amicable, efficient and helpful, and took time to make sure we understood how this TV worked. This is our first smart tv so we had a lot of questions.

These guys are good. They inboxed the Tv, mounted it and set it up quickly. They explained how it works and gave me links to the manual and video instructions. They cleaned up and took the trash with them when they left.

Dax called ahead before arrival and was super nice and took his time with me and how I wanted my new 75” TV mounted ! He did a amazing job...

They came and installed 3 TVs in one day. One above the fireplace. They were efficient and extremely helpful. They answered all questions.

Great TV! Easy to navigate channel options. Hooked up a DVD player and re-watched LOTR extended edition. The images are so real. It's the largest TV we've owned and I get a sense of depth, a 3D image, on nearly every show that I have never experienced before. We use this TV for our Zoom Tai Chi class. The connection to our Surface computers is a snap. The sound and image quality, even with computer mics and cameras, is uncompromising. I'm happy with it.
