Geek Squad mounted my TV and made some recommendations regarding my configuration. They went above and beyond!

The installation team arrived on time and called before arrival. It was a team of 2 installers for a 65” tv. They were polite, and efficient. They installed the tv on our existing mount, hot it connected to our cable and answered our questions.

Trevor was outstanding! He informed us every step of the way. He connected 3 speakers and 3 other components with our new Samsung TV. Everything looks and performs Great! Looking forward to Trevor helping us with future tech needs. Thanks Trevor!

I should have looked at the work better, but when you pay for “professional service” you expect professional service. That’s not the case anymore, I’ve been wanting to install my soundbar and decided to see where the tv mount lag screws were at, that’s when I noticed the very “professional” install. It me of the bolts is not mounted flush not even close like an inch worth of lag screw hanging out and the bolt above it seems like it’s being dragged down by the weight, do not hire these people. This install is absolute garbage. To think I was eventually going to hire them to mount my sound bar and install the outlet behind the wall to hide all the cables but with garbage install I don’t think so. The fact we were having a conversation and they acted friendly towards me, to turn around and leave knowing that’s the garbage work you left behind for a paying customer.

These guys are good. They inboxed the Tv, mounted it and set it up quickly. They explained how it works and gave me links to the manual and video instructions. They cleaned up and took the trash with them when they left.

Did a great job of removing old and mounting new tv and took the time to assure all my remotes and items worked properly. Highly Recommend!!!

Great service - not a rush job. Tech was kind and patient. Took time with me to show me what the LG offers. Removed my old TV which was heavy and awkward, never complained. Even made my mounting device work and saved me from buying new one.
