The two workers that came to my house were very professional and did a flawless job mounting my tv over the fireplace.

Professional installation. Installer made sure everything was perfect to the inch. Offered great advice and even stayed until my WiFi Tech Support made sure the TV was online.

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad service. These guys have install down to a science. They called ahead several times to make sure I knew their eta. They delivered then wall mounted my 75" Toshiba Fire TV then the sound bar and if that wasn't enough help me setup all the apps, etc, They explained everything. This service is outstanding and worth every penny.

Yesterday Rick & Victor arrived to install, test and show us how to use our new 65" Sony Bravia TV. It is absolutely fantastic with superior color, resolution and sound! These two gentlemen were prompt, extremely courteous, and could not do enough to make this a very pleasant event. They went out of their way to give us several advance notices about their pending arrival that day. This has been our best experience in our many years with Best Buy, and we look forward to future support, if needed, from the Geek Squad. Please express our sincere thanks to these two gentlemen.

I had a Sony OLED with Best Buy service contract. It developed an issue. A repair crew came to my home to install a new board, which did not fix the problem. They authorized replacement with a new TV. I picked a new LG OLED TV which the same crew brought to install and remove the new one. No hassles, quick, friendly, COVID-safe service. No problems with the new TV. Answered my questions, removed new TV packaging I am good to go. Service contracts often do not pay off, this one did. I highly recommend buying one on new LED or OLED TVs as their service life is limited. Also recommend Best Buy service. Their local status ensures quick response. Highly recomended.

The agent had the equipment and knowledge to install the tv on the wallmount. Wish the arrival time frame was shorter , not 7am to 1pm. Agent did not call the night before as I was told.

The agents were awesome and very knowledgeable. They suggested I get a in wall power kit which they explained to me for about $150 but I can't find it anywhere on bestbuy website to order.
