ADRIAN AND SAM MOUNTED AND CONNECTED MY DEVICES TO THE NEW TV. MADE SURE ALL DEVICES WORKING. GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON REMOTE AND SETTINGS FOR TV AND DEVICES.

This is a no brainer, scheduling was easy, the team showed up on time and were very helpful and quick in their set up.

"SQD" arrived early. Tech was joined by two others. All were very helpful & informative. Great job with the instillation.

Terrible customer service. I purchased security cameras for home with installation. The first time someone came out to install the cameras they were from a third party vendor. Why??? I have total tech. The next time they came out to install they didn't have the proper equipment. Friday I got a email canceling my install. To date nothing has been installed. I'm returning the cameras a closing my account. This is the way you treat customers that been with you for over 20 years?

The guys were the absolute best. I just wish they could have stayed a week to help me learn more. They were very patient and took a lot of time to explain things.

The geek squad connected a sound bar to my 82 inch Samsung television. The work was done and completed in a professional manner.

The only way to have anything mounted is to have these professionals mount it. Super fast and clean

This service to mount my tv was great. Normally I would do it myself but with a large tv having someone else do it was very convenient.

The agent came out and mounted all of our televisions, set them up and took the time to show us how to use all of the new equipment. They answered as many questions as we had and were extremely professional.

I buy tv March 5th . still waiting still waiting for deliver somehow they keep canceling my order not sure. i.sm not buying anything anymore from Best buy. Riverdale store store manager Sarah she's very rude with me she acting like she don't understanding what I'm saying what happening to with my order no customer service scale

They mounted my tv to the wall and set-up the Roku and installed all my apps. Awesome!

Allan was great! Kept me informed on his arrival time. Explained everything he was doing to set up and mount the tv. Offered suggestions on how to effectively use the tv and Roku. Nicely done!

This is the second time we had Geek Squad mount and set a new Smart TV. Just like the first time, the team was professional, knew what the were doing, and had all the necessary items to complete the job.

Install was fast and the guys communicated with me about spacing, current outlet locations and best angles to hang the TV. The house was super clean when they left!

What a great no hassle buying experience my wife and so had at Best Buy. We were looking for a XBox X and a new tv for the house. To our surprise they had the Xbox X in and we jumped on it and scheduled for the installation setup for the tv as well. We had a great experience and we are looking to purchase all of our electronics at Best Biy whole we have the TotalTech for all things electronic in our home. What a great deal!
