This was the first time we used the Geek Squad for any type of installation and they were great. They took there time, asked us questions, were on time and very careful with equipment and clean up.

Agents installed my tv very quickly. I had an 86 inch tv installed and it was a surprisingly quick install.

The technician arrived ahead of schedule and wall-mounted my TV set quickly, using my existing mount. He was polite and professional, and kept the area clean.

The actual installers did a great job once they got to our place, but having to re-schedule multiple times was very irritating. I was also receiving calls to set-up appointments, which I already had an appointment I set online, so was very confusing. Didn't know if the installers were going to actually show up or not. On one instance, I scheduled for earlier int eh day and they showed up after we were gone...with no calls or anything.
