Bought this to put a tv in the family room, took my husband and his friend less than 15 minutes to install.

The agents that installed our TV were great. They worked quickly, answered all of our questions and gave us a tutorial on our new TV.

Arrived within time window. Cleaned as they installed. Hauled away trash, one negative they took additional screw kit that came with the TV mount that I purchased after advising them to leave the box. No one reached back out to me after 2 attempts to contact.

Geek Squad was on time, clean (wore booties into my house as well as a mask) and very professional in answering a few questions I had regarding my new t.v.

They explained everything that they would be doing with the new installment and it took them no time to have everything completed and running. Once the tv was installed and hooked up the agents went over in specific detail how the tv and remote worked. These guys went above and beyond explaining everything and can’t thank them enough.
