As always, the Best Buy staff that came to my home to install were the utmost professionals. They knew exactly what to do. Also, this is an incredible value when you realize everything included (please don't raise the price;) We were installing a 65 inch TV and the matching sound bar and sound mount. Glad I had purchased Geek Squad because there was a little balance issue at first that the Geek Squad handled so professionally and so easily. (I don't think they're called Geek Squad anymore).
