Had a 65 inch flat screen TV needing to be wall mounted. GS came with the TV and installed it meticulously. They then explained how this Sony worked and went through the remote control functions. Great job and friendly.

Clean and efficient, I recommend the geek squad install. We payed the extra for the in-wall wired and it was worth it.

The installers arrived an hour late and Best Buy should advise their crew to at least call the customer for any delay. Once arrived they removed the old TV from the wall and mounted the new TV.

The Technical agents mounted my tv on the wall and because I bought the tilt out from the wall mount they showed me how it works
