We had three different Geek Squad Installers for the process of installing one TV that we returned, installing a Denon AVR receiver, and installing the replacement TV. Two of the installers were excellent, but one installer talked down to us, made some questionable recommendations, and walked out without satisfying our needs with respect to operating the system.

Geek squad was on time. Notified me when they were on the way. They were neat and groomed. Very friendly and help moved a couch that had nothing to do with this visit. Quick prompt and timely! 5 stars

Having the Geek Squad is the only way to go when hanging large TVs. They have all the needed tools and know-how ... not to mention they bring the needed man power. Much Appreciated

This is a great service, especially for the cost and liability of hanging a large TV. They will even attach to cement or metal studs.

Geek Squad sent out the A team because these guys were on point. They knew their job and very coordinated. They were able answer all questions I had. They respected the space.

Arrive on time and mounted TV. Seemed to be in too much of a hurry and failed to see the release cord hanging too low.

Installer were very professional and explained additional charges. They cleaned up after the installation and hauled away the old tv and packing material. Highly recommended.

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.

We thought we would have needed Geek Squad to come over and mount the television. The set up is really easy and it will take you at most 10 minutes to screw on be backs to the television and mount the TV to the wall. I recommend anyone going to Best Buy definitely pick one up.
