A Great Install Experience

Geek Squad mounted my TV

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When Geek Squad showed up, was immediately told that the TV mount might be the wrong mount for the TV. I then explained that the TV mount was purchased through Best Buy service support. After the TV was mounted the 84' TV top tilted top forward. Was told that is how the mount is designed. Then I wen to the directions and had to inform the installer that there additional pieces needed to lock the TV mount, so it wouldn't tilt forward. After that the installer mentioned that most places would charge an additional $100 do unmount and remount the TV, and it wasn't my fault that they had to unmount the TV.
