actual work was great; back office really is bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took over 35 phone calls and emails just to get my credit card receipt; never showed up the first appointment time as they "rescheduled" me without telling me; missed the next one too. Third time they showed up. The guys who showed up and did the work were great and did a wonderful job, so that brought the average up to 3 stars. But the back office, scheduling, phone centers, local store, mishandling of my monies, etc., and nobody getting back to me (even to this day) nor owning up to the issues, it would otherwise be zero stars. so they get the job done, but beware of the horrible, horrible service before then.

I thank the sale representative for assisting us in selecting a very good quality TV. She was very knowledge of the Samsung products.
