I had engaged geek squad to install a 4K TV on the wall in our family room. The tech was on time, knowledgeable, did a great job, and provided helpful hints using the mount and working around it's quirks.

The mounting and installation service was fantastic. The people who did it were very careful and communicated to us very thoroughly about the system.

Team arrived within window of four hours within the last hour would have hoped earlier but installation was done but removed an Apple TV box which I wish they hadn’t and have called for them to return to fix

The Geek Squad set up service was perfect. They mounted our tv on an existing mount which was a little challenging. They were professional and so helpful taking the time to show and explain new features on my new tv.

The installation of the 75" TV in my sun room, along with the Klipsch speakers and Denon receiver was excellent and is performing beautifully. However, the 55" TV I purchased at the same time is still sitting on the floor waiting to be installed along with an Onkyo receiver. My cable service bill is for 2 TV's and I have only 1 operating for the past several months. Hopefully when the covid-19 restrictions are lifted, I will be near the top of the list to complete my installation. I already paid for the entire installation & components.....This project started in February and is fully paid for..........Thank you...Rolf Naumann

Michael gave great product recommendations as well as advice on the location of where to mount the TV. They even ran to a store to get us a soundbar mounting bracket as well.

I purchased in home TV installation. On the day of my install I received a phone call that they will be arriving in 25 min to install my television. The two geek squad individuals arrived on time to my place of residence. A big thing for me is that they both wore shoe covers. I definitely appreciated that. They asked questions about my tv mount needs and requirements. After we select the right height the work began. After they installed the mount and placed the tv they briefly reviewed with me how to use the television. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They even had the option to purchase a surge protector while since I did not have one. It was an easy transaction. The entire install was about 35 min.

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.
