Installer was familiar with the mount and installed it very quickly. TV is up and on wall. Worth the charge not having to do it myself.

Get this if you have TotalTech

That member ship costs up to $199 per year. This installation package itself costs $200, so if it basically pays for the membership. Delivery and install was truly great. Geek Squad assembled by mount (which I actually did not get from Best Buy), mounted it to the wall in studs, mounted the TV, and ran all the tests and checks on the TV. They were in and out in just under an hour. This was WAY worth the price of my TotalTech membership.

They set up our new Frame TV and speaker and took the time to explain everything to me. Afterwards when I had an issue with a speaker, John returned and checked everything over. All is working well and we are enjoying our new TV.
