The representative of the Geek Squad mounted our 43" Insignia on the wall, set it up with our cable TV and our WiFi. It was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

The 2 Representatives Dejuan and John were very good. They arrived the time they stated. They were neat and precise in hanging the tv and mount. Upon completion they went step by step explaining and setting up each feature on the smart tv. My husband and I already had a Sonos system in place the representatives even walked us through how to play cable movies and apps through the surround sound. When I applied neat, the gentleman packed up all the discarded trash as well as any wiring that might’ve fell. If there was a box to check employee of the month I would recommend Dejuan and John from the Ocala Florida Best Buy!

This was mounted and placed appropriately. The 2nd tech kept the other on track to place mount on the studs

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job mounting and secure my TV to a wall and connecting the TV to the video components. They were very professional, informative, knowledgeable and courteous.

The tech who came to install my new television came on time and got right to work! She kept me informed about what she was doing all through the installation process! Work was done professionally. Tech made sure installation was done neatly and cleaned up after the installation. The technician explained how to program the system and didn’t leave until she was satisfied with everything!

The agent who mounted my TV did an exceptional job it did take five visits before the television was mounted but it lasts they gave me a competent and effective installer
