They left loads of unnecessary and unwanted cords.

The bate and switch on the other tv was not very professional. 100 from one guy then the other guy 150 CASH. and it is too high even though he said that height would be too high.

TV Wall Mount Installation

They put the 82 inch tv on the wall in the exact spot that I wanted. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Definitely will use them again and recommend they to my friends.

Great job by the Geek Squad

The installation done by Clinton was done perfectly. He made the job look easy. I know that I couldn't have done it though. There are no wires showing and the tv, sound system and remote control were all in sync thanks to Clinton. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad and the best merchandise. So happy with my entire purchase.

Then Bradley called to let me know they could come early, YIPPY SKIPPY! They were professional. skilled at mounting my tv, taught me how to work the tv remote. Such kind and professional people.

Quick job, and good instruction, but needs tweakin

Wish I’d noticed before they left, but was too busy getting instruction from Derek on how to work the tv and remote. I need Derek to come back and fix the mount of this tv, then mount an upstairs tv, and maybe program a remote. He is very patient and good at his job. Please have Derek call me after the holiday. First image is my first tv, second is the mount of the new tv. Left lower corner is a little low-just needs to be a little higher.
