Came at 9:00 AM gone by 10:30 Am installed right the first time . Cleaned up the debris hooked everything up correctly and left can't say enough good things about my experience with Geek Squad

The squad leader set up my smart TV quickly however the WIFI ability is too limited and to do it properly, I need to set up at same time an EERO MESH network devices system to expand capability of TV Unit and am in current process of doing so. Dana Mounts is and has been a great assistance in knowledge and has set me up to again to work with Travis (Geek Squad). These two are a very knowledgeable team and inter connect with my personal satisfaction in mind.I am blessed to have Best Buy have Dana and Travis to guide me properly to acquire the correct mesh system and get it installed correct. This is being achieved Sept 3, 2020.

Geek squad installed my 65 inch in my family room and changed the whole dynamics of the room. now I don't have to buy that $600000. house with the flat screen on the wall . I got my own!!!!

A two-man team were extremely professional. Arrived on time. Mounted to television without complications. Wires were hidden with concealing kit bought from Best Buy earlier.

The Geek Squad tech support and installation team is amazing! Quite possibly the best purchase I made aside from the OLED tv itself. The Geek Squad came to my residence to mount and set up my OLED for me so that it was ready to immediate watching, and if I ever move they will come remove my mounted tv, transport it, and remount/set up my OLED for free!! Amazing perks to this well worth it additional service.

Installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how us use the TV, the Internet connection and the app options. He cleaned up when he was done and took the boxes away. he did an excellent job of mounting the tv

I had mixed results on tv mounting. The tv was originally mounted thru Best Buy by a third party, it was terrible. Then the real Geeks came to my rescue, he was the best. Remember to ask for a eat geek, and demand a real Geek for installation, you won’t be dissolved.

I have the Geek Squad Subscription so it literally cost me very little to have my TV mounted in one of the rooms. It has been fixed ever since and I got great customer service.

I am glad that I purchased the professional installation package. The installation date was quickly scheduled. The gentleman who came knew what he was doing and cared about what I wanted, etc.. Nice job!!!

I've installed a million TV's before, but this one was a bit different. So I shelled out the bucks and had Geek Squad do it. Honestly, they did a great job. It looks good, it works well, and they stayed quite a while to answer all my questions. Can't ask for any more than that. My only problem is that it's very expensive. BUT, it was done well. You have to decide if it's worth the bucks. But they did way better than I could have done.

Geek Squad mounted TV and connected sound bar. They made sure all of our Sonos speakers were working and that we understood how to use them. Well done in every area of installation. Thank you.

Agents installed my tv very quickly. I had an 86 inch tv installed and it was a surprisingly quick install.
