The Geek squad service was amazing. They came out as scheduled and mounted the television on the wall with the cables hidden. We cannot be happier with the service BestBuy provided.

Professionals, Courteous and Knowledgeable. The wall mounting of a 65" TV was done carefully. All connections from TV to receiver and peripheral's to receiver were accurately done. Sound system was tested. Universal pairing of cable remote to all devices also completed and tested for accuracy. No complaints and very happy with their service (3rd time this year using Geek Squad - all well done!).

Just moved into our new house here and we had your crew come in and mount the new 43 in Smart TV we bought in our local Best Buy on the wall in our bedroom and then checked the 55 in we bought a year ago and moved across the country. “Wishy Washy” on types of services rendered. Inconsistent. The television was mounted according to location I request. He offered to install something for a means of getting TV to electric outlet. Why didn’t he set up the Roku, when asked? I am handicapped, can’t walk.
