The 3rd party install company were great. They communicated very well and even worked past 7:00pm. They had to coordinate 3 guys to mount my Terrace tv which was not easy.

This is the way to go rather than struggling to mount a large TV. As a DIYer,it was a tough decision to go this route, but I am too old for that now. Great job!

Geek Squad was great in installing the TV. They made sure it was level and talked us through everything, like how high to mount it, how the mount works, how we want to do cables. No complaints.

Buy a TV and have GEEK Squad install and set it up. So glad I did it. They even got my DirectTV remote working the volume from my separate surround sound system - something I have never been able to accomplish. THANKS!

They called and set up a time for the installation, then they call again to say they would be here within 30 minutes. The gentleman showed On time and installed the mount in tv in no time.

The tech who came to install my new television came on time and got right to work! She kept me informed about what she was doing all through the installation process! Work was done professionally. Tech made sure installation was done neatly and cleaned up after the installation. The technician explained how to program the system and didn’t leave until she was satisfied with everything!

They were professional, expert in the installation of product, provide much needed education on how to operate the product, even though COMCAST, due to a phone number typo made their ability to connect the service delaying these poor installer an hour of their time to connect the tv!!!!
