The agents were on time and set up my tv,attached feet and synched up tv to my entertainment equipment.

The first time they came out we discovered I have 20" studs not the standard 16" studs. So I had to take the mount I had bought, order a new one and have them come back. Ordering the new mount became some some of a problem itself but not for my agent. When she came out she asked if I had the new mount. I said I ordered it and assumed she would be bringing it with her. Apparently it never got ordered. She was able to order it and have it delivered within a few minutes! The delay in having the 65"TV (bigger than I've ever had) mounted gave me time to change my mind about where I wanted it mounted. So it all worked out for the best!

My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! Highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad for any home TV/Theater mounting needs!

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting our TV on our wall. They were very careful not to make or leave a mess behind. They were also able to cover holes left by previous mount.

I was a little nervous to have the TV mounted above the fireplace, but they knew exactly what to do, had all the tools necessary to complete the task, were knowledgeable, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and respectful of me and my home. The Geek Squad technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time after calling me to let me know he was on the way. On arrival he was very respectful and was aware of what he was supposed to do. He removed the old tv, transferred the mount, and reinstalled the new tv and set it all up with the remote. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone needing new electronics or appliances.
