The two Geek Squad members who delivered, unpacked, and mounted our 62 inch Sony Bravia tv were absolutely terrific! I was surprised at how quickly and effortlessly they completed the work. They were very personable and professional, and answered all our questions.

I am beyond Happy with the experience I had today with geek squad! they mounted my 77" TV & sound bar and I looks amazing. they do the job so fast and very professional. they then set up everything on the tv I literally just sat down started watching tv I didn't have to do not one thing. they also explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. The best part for me as a wife and mother was not having to do the clean up because they took care of that! I am a very happy Customer and it was worth every penny to have them come and install the tv for me.

The installers took care of our mounting and connection well, however our overall experience with Geek Squad has not been positive. I took almost a month to get someone out to replace our defective TV.

The serviceman mounted my TV exactly where I wanted it He made sure that the TV connections were working before he left.

The installers arrived an hour late and Best Buy should advise their crew to at least call the customer for any delay. Once arrived they removed the old TV from the wall and mounted the new TV.

Dan and Jacob mounted and connected my TV to my brick fireplace. Cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied. Also explained everything along the way. Very friendly as well.
