The Geek Squad arrived on time and mounted a 65" Samsung TV perfectly over our gas log fireplace. We had a bracket that persented some challeges. It was tricky to determine how high the TV would end up over our mantle, given the location of the VESA bracket mounting holes on the TV and the adjustablility options on the bracket. They got it right, and it did not take them very long. Also, they were very nice guys.

The agents set up the TV on the mount and mounted to the wall but the TV is damaged (one side darker than the other) and they never noticed.

Michael gave great product recommendations as well as advice on the location of where to mount the TV. They even ran to a store to get us a soundbar mounting bracket as well.

The two guys that were out to mount my tv were very efficient and knowledgable about Best Buy products and services. They set my tv up and showed me how to work the remote with the different apps.

The installation of the 75" TV in my sun room, along with the Klipsch speakers and Denon receiver was excellent and is performing beautifully. However, the 55" TV I purchased at the same time is still sitting on the floor waiting to be installed along with an Onkyo receiver. My cable service bill is for 2 TV's and I have only 1 operating for the past several months. Hopefully when the covid-19 restrictions are lifted, I will be near the top of the list to complete my installation. I already paid for the entire installation & components.....This project started in February and is fully paid for..........Thank you...Rolf Naumann
