The geek squad was great--came in -set up the tv/sound bar. Explained everything and cleaned up. We were very pleased with their professional work

Scott went above and beyond to make up for the store not having my tv available on the originally scheduled install day.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

Geek Squad put up 3 new tv's with mounts in no time.. they also checked my new router connections and ensured we knew how to operate our Samsung Tv's.

We ordered a TV mount, install, and TV. We had to change the initial TV order and everything completely blew up. We had to cancel out the mount and install, not just the TV. I had to call 2-3 times to attempt to reschedule. We ended up just cancelling everything because customer service couldn't setup the install on the new TV. After we called an cancelled, we received a call back and they were able to figure out how to reschedule the mounting and TV install. I don't know what cause the problems, but it was an absolute fiasco.
