First time using! Tech went above and beyond!

They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! Highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad for any home TV/Theater mounting needs!

He did a great job installing, setting up the TVs, and showing me the different features. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and didn’t rush the installation process. Best Buy has a solid team of tv installing crews.
