I like best buy, however the outside people they use is. Quite confusing.Im not going to say don't go to shop there because it's a really great store, customer service is a different story..... They need to work on compensating people for their problems that they have with deliveries

Picture is great under my patio all day long. I don’t ever get direct sunlight on the TV so it’s very easy to see the picture. And the picture is perfect. Great TV for the money!!

The two install experts were neat, fast, and very efficient. Explained the basic features to me with a demonstration of how to operate the system.

I purchased in home TV installation. On the day of my install I received a phone call that they will be arriving in 25 min to install my television. The two geek squad individuals arrived on time to my place of residence. A big thing for me is that they both wore shoe covers. I definitely appreciated that. They asked questions about my tv mount needs and requirements. After we select the right height the work began. After they installed the mount and placed the tv they briefly reviewed with me how to use the television. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They even had the option to purchase a surge protector while since I did not have one. It was an easy transaction. The entire install was about 35 min.

With added technical support as requested, Geek Squad provided the ease of mind and insurances that this installation would be completed to a highly professional standard.

The Geek Squad agents did a great job on connecting my new TV to a wall mounted bracket. They tested everything before they left.

The installer was very prosessional. He and his coworker did a very good job making my TV and sound system operational.
