The Squad was wonderful! Knew what they were doing and got right to it! Professional and tidy!

Geek squad delivered and set up my new TV and mounted it to the wall. They explained how the TV operated and were on time and courteous.

The technicians did a good job mounting the TVs. They even came back to finish the job when I didn't have the right sized hdmi cord.

Service in store was great, although the appt. to mount was 10 days out! Once they arrived though, it was well with the wait! The knowledge and helpfulness of the geek squad was great.

The associate arrived on time, as promised. He handled the set up of my 40" TV quickly and efficiently. He showed me what I needed to know in order to enjoy this new item. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself and left my home almost in better shape than it was when he arrived. He was completely professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish or that I was imposing on him. I rate him an excellent individual and look forward to working with Best Buy/Geek Squad for future purchases.

The Geek Squad team headed by Jeremy was absolutely Outstanding! I will forever be a Best Buy Customer now. They installed 3 TV's in our new home and took great care in placement exactly where we wanted. They spent time hooking up our cable and even programmed our apps on the TV's! The Sony's we purchased are amazing! Please go to Best Buy and Use the Geek Squad! You won't find anyone to beat them.

Geek Squad did a professional install including picking up the old boxes, wrapping up the wire so it could not be seen behind my TV which they hung on the wall. I have no complaints.
