I had purchased the wrong mounting bracket for use on a stone fireplace, and rather than tell me I would need to go get the right thing and they'd have to come back later, they actually went back to BestBuy to get the correct item. They then came back to my home and completed the job. Talk about customer serviced!!

Knowledgeable installers

They were able to help us resolve an issue that we had with the previous television installed (bad screen) and get the new television set up and explain to us some of the differences in the technology we purchased d vs some of the other available TVs. Overall, we would gladly choose this service again and work with Pete, or other Best Buy technicians. Overall the experience was very good, damaged first tc included.

Great job by geek squad installing my 75 inch TV

Great job by the team who installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. Would recommend having them back again.
