The team that installed our office television's was excellent. They were professional provided great insight and suggestions.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They were able to dismount my old TV and mount the new TV using the existing mount, which saved me from having to re-paint the wall. All went smooth.

I appreciated the work done by my Geek Squad technician, in mounting my TV. I already had the mount on my wall from a previous 55" TV, so that helped the technician get the new TV mount and the connections that much quicker. Afterwards, my technician was as helpful with helping me get this Smart TV up & running quickly. All has been working well ever since!

I was extremely pleased with the folks that installed my TV. I had purchased the wrong mounting bracket for use on a stone fireplace, and rather than tell me I would need to go get the right thing and they'd have to come back later, they actually went back to BestBuy to get the correct item. They then came back to my home and completed the job. Talk about customer serviced!!

THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MOUNTING THE WALL MOUNT AND TV AND SOUND BAR. YOU NEED A WAY TO CONTACT HIM FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT COME UP.
