THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MOUNTING THE WALL MOUNT AND TV AND SOUND BAR. YOU NEED A WAY TO CONTACT HIM FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT COME UP.

Heavy 8k TV installation new model that the guys were not familiar with. Didn't have all the necessary parts on their van to complete the installation. Had to read the instruction booklet myself to understand how to operate.

The two person team was punctual, respectful, careful, mindful of the area worked in, fast, and efficient.

The agents mounted and installed both TV and wall mount quickly and effectively.

Paid $130 + tax for this service and the members were kind and nice and got the job done, however I would've expected wiring and setup for $130. they found studs in the wall, drilled the mount, and mounted the tv. had me confirm the tv worked and left.

These guys came in, did a great job, answered all the questions i had, cleaned up like they weren't even there. And it looks fantastic. I could of never done the job myself. Well worth it.

Renen assembled my swivel TV stand, mounted the TV and installed it in my kitchen area. He connected to my Samsung account and put in all my streaming services. He also made sure that my blue tooth earphones were working properly. Next he enabled my Cox remote to perform basic functions and changed the home screen to be more useful. During the service he answered my questions and showed me how to make some changes. Renen made sure I was able to enjoy my new TV to the fullest. This was money well spent. I will certainly use the Geek Squad in the future.

The service provided by geek squad professionals highly exceeded my expectations! On time and reliable! They took an old defective tv off my wall and put a new one back up ! They leveled it and centered it just right always making sure I was happy with the way it looked and adjusting till it was 100% on the money. All thanks to total tech purchase! Was past two months and with out insurance this would have been a nightmare to replace! Great service! Thank you Best Buy
