The Geek Squad was fantastic. Hung TV above fireplace, with perfection. Explained TV functions. Very happy with install and Geek Squad.

The geek squad showed up on time and swiftly mounted my 50 inch tv to the wall. They took away my old tv to recycle along with all the packing material.

They came in and realized that the office did not have the sound bar to install but after calling the store , went and picked it up and installed. The picture and the sound are GREAT!

Arrived within time window. Cleaned as they installed. Hauled away trash, one negative they took additional screw kit that came with the TV mount that I purchased after advising them to leave the box. No one reached back out to me after 2 attempts to contact.

We had a great experience with our install team. They arrived as scheduled and took great care during the installation of our wall mounted TV and soundbar connection. They solicited our opinions on the final placement of the TV and made the mounting without incident. They connected everything and made sure all components received updates and worked as expected. They hauled away the various boxes the equipment came in and cleaned up the area. Could not ask for better.
