Brandon was amazing. He and Josh were so pleasant and professional. They had the work quite well organized. They kept the area cleaned as the work was done. Brandon sat with me and set up everything I needed for viewing pleasure. He explained many of the details. I feel that I could call him if I have questions.

The crew that mounted and installed/hooked up our TV did a marvelous job. Very helpful in making sure everything worked that they were able to.

The geek squad was awesome. This was the 4th time that Geeksquad completed an install for me. My technicians were on time and called me prior to their arrival. They also answered several questions from us regarding our install.

Two guys did the installation. Very professional throughout. I had a different mount I had purchased but they discovered it would not work. They were able to provide a suitable mount without having to setup another install appointment. They did a great job of walking me through the features after installation.

The agent that came out to our home was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took down the television that was being returned and mounted the new LG that we purchased. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He even attached the sound bar we had purchased from Best Buy a while ago to the LG remote. This eliminated us having a separate remote for the sound only. He applied all the adjustments and made sure we fully understood the remote. He also took our old TV back to Best Buy since we are Beta members.

The squad came in set up the new TV, went through how to use the remote programming, made sure it all worked. They were in and out in a half hour. Too easy.

Premium mounting for your extra large TVs is great. I love that it was a easy install and all the features with the extension until and swivel

Technician was in and out in 30 minutes. Had me sit on the couch before hanging to ensure the perfect height. Professional and polite.

If you're a busy person, it's completely worth it to have Best Buy come and install your wall mounted TV for you. The service was quick and our TV is beautiful perched on the wall.

The Techs installed my motorized wall mount device...on time...very polite & neat.....excellent workmanship....had not seen the wall mount unit before but did the work like real pros!. installed sound bar systems...perfect....got the new TV installed up and running. Two very competent polite knowledgeable men! Give them a raise!!

I rarely review services like this, but the two guys that came to hang up my new 100lb 85" tv did such a great job that I have to give them props. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and the tv is exactly where I wanted it to be, they even cleared out the packaging for me, it was great.

Being up in age without anyone to help mount my new TV, the service provided was a welcome relief. Also, the staff provide education on the use of the remote as it related to smart TV.
